With a deep sense of responsibility and love for fellow human beings, the EIRINI Association made another significant donation to the General Hospital of Athens “Laiko”. Continuing our contributions, we donated 85 new modern electric beds to the A’ Pathological Clinic and the Clinical Pathophysiology Clinic of the hospital.

The old, metal, and rusty beds from 1980 were replaced with new electric ones, which feature adjustable settings via buttons for the ideal posture of each patient. Additionally, the mattresses of the beds were renewed, being waterproof, antibacterial, and fire-resistant, ensuring hygienic and comfortable conditions that everyone in need of care deserves.

This upgrade is not merely a change in the hospital’s appearance; it is a substantial improvement that touches the lives of all: the patients, the staff, and the visitors.

This donation continues our efforts at Laiko Hospital, and we are committed to continuing our support through action!
