The “Irene” Association relies on private donations to carry out its mission. A primary objective of our activities is social contribution through actions that have a substantial and lasting impact, implementing projects in critical sectors of society.
One of our main strategic directions is the support of institutions serving vulnerable social groups, such as schools, child welfare institutions, foundations, and social care organizations. The “Irene” Association no longer provides individual aid (such as food or clothing distribution), but instead focuses on creating and strengthening infrastructure that substantially improves the daily lives of many people simultaneously.
Within this framework, in-kind donations primarily consist of equipment and materials with long-term practical value, such as electrical appliances, facility equipment, educational materials, or other interventions that address the actual needs of institutions and communities — for example, the donation of a refrigerator or airconditioning unit to a facility, or the provision of educational equipment to a remote school. As our work continues to expand, requests from beneficiary institutions increase accordingly.
