Driven by a sense of responsibility and a commitment to supporting younger generations, the Social Welfare Association “IRENE” transformed an unused classroom at the Primary School of Nea Penteli into a modern lending library, available for use by every student in the school.
A neglected classroom, which had no practical use for the students and had essentially become a storage space, was transformed into a modern, well-organized, and fully equipped environment where children can discover books that interest them and embark on journeys to worlds that only reading can reveal.
The images of enthusiastic children joyfully organizing books on the shelves of the new lending library fill us with hope for the future and inspire us to continue supporting initiatives with a meaningful social impact.
