With the aim of substantially upgrading the daily operations of school units, the association “Irene” has completed another initiative of social contribution to public education.
There are small acts that have a big impact! The association “Irene” continues to support public schools, this time assisting three schools in Greece that have no air conditioning system. To improve the heating and cooling conditions of the classrooms, we proceeded with the donation of the supply and installation of air conditioners to the following school units:
- Areopolis Mani Primary School – one (1) 18,000 BTU air conditioner and one (1) 24,000 BTU air conditioner.
- 3rd Heraklion Attica Kindergarten – one (1) 18,000 BTU air conditioner and two (2) 24,000 BTU air conditioners.
- 2nd Volos Kindergarten – two (2) 9,000 BTU air conditioners and one (1) 18,000 BTU air conditioner.
Thanks to this donation, the students will learn, create, and play in upgraded funtional classrooms.Small acts that, however, make a big difference in the daily life of young pupils, contributing to a comfortable and joyful school environment.
